• Fill out BATS's Application Form.

• BATS personnel will contact you and provide additional details about the selected program.

• Submit the following documents to CAAM:

  1. Certified true copy of IC

  2. Certified true copy of SPM/IGCSE results

  3. Certified true copy of Previous School CAAM’s Approval Letter

  4. Certified true copy of Ground School result

  5. Certified true copy of License (If Any)

  6. Certified true copy of Logbook (If Any)

• Alternatively, you can email all the documents to ops.fcl@caam.gov.my.

• Undergo Medical Check-Up Class I conducted by Designated Medical Examiners Approved by CAAM or check the validity of the Medical Certificate Class I (If Any).

• Submit the Acceptance of *Provisional Letter of Offer for Pilot Training Program and Registration Fees.

  • Note: The Provisional Letter of Offer for Pilot Training will be issued after BATS has received the CAAM’s Approval Letter, which should state the exemption hours and papers as per the letter.

• Include CAAM's Approval Letter, Medical Certificate Class I, certified true copy of your IC, and certified true copy of SPM/IGCSE results in your email to register@batsaviation.com.my.

• Once completed, you will receive an email containing your Student Confirmation and Induction Letter.
